Features

1.Excellent fire resistance performance, the fire resistance level not only meets the national standard GB/T19216.21, withstanding 750°C fire supply for 90 minutes without breakdown, but also can withstand 830°C fire supply with impact for 90 minutes without breakdown; it also meets the requirements of the British BS6387, where it can withstand 950°C flame for 3 hours without breakdown, withstand 650°C flame for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of water spray without breakdown, and withstand 950°C C flame for 15 minutes of impact without breakdown.

2.Long continuous length, whether single-core or multi-core cables, the length can meet the power supply requirements, with each continuous length reaching several hundred meters.

3.Large cross-section, single-core cable cross-section can reach 500mm², multi-core cable can reach 240mm².

4.Flexible, the cable can be coiled on a reel, with a bending radius of 6-10D.

5.No smoke and no toxicity when burning, the insulation uses inorganic materials, which do not generate any harmful gases when burned and will not cause secondary pollution. It is a truly environmentally friendly green product.

6.Large overload capacity, the cable not only has a large current-carrying capacity but also has a large overload capacity. According to wiring instructions, the cable surface temperature is usually ≤70°C. If the wiring is not touchable and does not contact combustible building materials, the cable sheath temperature can be increased to 105°C, and during overload, the fire-resistant cable can operate at temperatures up to 250°C.

7.Corrosion-resistant with good shielding performance, the copper sheath has good corrosion resistance, and in special environments or environments that are corrosive to copper, an additional layer of low-smoke, halogen-free, or plastic outer sheath should be applied. Under the shielding of the copper sheath, there is no electromagnetic interference, which will not disturb the signals or information transmitted by the control cables.

8.Good safety, the fire-resistant cable can continue to supply power in flames (950°C, more than 3 hours of normal power supply), starting the fire suppression device and reducing fire damage. The copper sheath is an excellent conductor and the best grounding wire, greatly improving the sensitivity and reliability of ground protection.

9.Long service life, resistant to high temperatures and not prone to aging. Under normal working conditions, its service life is over 40 years.
