The product is a new type of mineral-insulated fireproof cable, which effectively overcomes the limitation of the production length of mineral-insulated cables and avoids the issue of intermediate joints during installation and laying. Features
1.The mica tape has a high temperature resistance of up to 1000°C. Ceramicized silicone rubber starts to harden at 650°C and above in flame or flame-free conditions, rapidly forming a ceramic-like, rigid shell. The higher the temperature, the harder the shell becomes. The hardened shell formed after burning provides excellent protection for the circuit, ensuring smooth operation during a fire. The melting point of the wrinkled copper sheath is above 1083°C.
2.Superior fire resistance performance. The fire resistance rating not only meets the national standard GB/T19216.21, which requires the cable to withstand a 750°C fire supply for 90 minutes without breakdown, but it can also withstand 830°C fire supply with shock for 90 minutes without breakdown. It also meets the requirements of the British BS6387 standard, which specifies that the cable can withstand a 950°C flame for 3 hours without breakdown, a 650°C flame for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of spray without breakdown, and withstand 15 minutes of impact and vibration under a 950°C flame without breakdown.
3.High overload capacity. The cable not only has a large current-carrying capacity but also possesses a high overload capacity. Under normal wiring conditions, the cable surface temperature is typically ≤70°C. If the wiring is not touchable or in contact with combustible building materials, the cable sheath temperature can be raised to 105°C. During overload conditions, the fire-resistant cable can operate at temperatures up to 250°C.
4.The conductor is made of multiple copper wires twisted together, and the copper sheath adopts a wrinkled copper tube structure, providing good flexibility. The cable can be coiled on a reel with a bending radius as small as 6-10D. It has a long service life, is resistant to high temperatures, and is not easily aged. Under normal working conditions, its service life exceeds 40 years.
5.Long continuous length. Whether single-core or multi-core, the cable can meet the required supply length, with each continuous length reaching several hundred meters. Due to its advanced manufacturing process, the flexible fire-resistant cable is easy to install, and its overall cost is lower than that of mineral-insulated cables under the same conditions. The transportation, installation, and installation accessories for flexible fire-resistant cables are simple and similar to ordinary cables.
