Features

1.Superior fire performance: The fire resistance rating not only meets the national standard GB/T19216.21, which requires the cable to withstand 750°C fire for 90 minutes without breakdown, but it can also endure 830°C fire with impact for 90 minutes without breakdown. It also meets the UK BS6387 standard, which requires the cable to withstand a 950°C flame for 3 hours without breakdown, and 650°C flame for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of water spray without breakdown. It can withstand 15 minutes of impact under a 950°C flame without breakdown.

2.Long continuous length: Whether single-core or multi-core cables, their length can meet the power supply requirements. Each continuous length can reach hundreds of meters.

3.Large cross-section: Single-core cables can have a cross-section of up to 500mm², while multi-core cables can reach 240mm².

4.Flexibility: The cable is flexible and can be coiled on a spool, with a bending radius of 6~10 times the diameter (6~10D).

5.No smoke, no toxicity during combustion: The insulation is made from inorganic materials, and it produces no harmful gases when burning, thus preventing secondary pollution. It is a truly environmentally friendly green product.

6.High overload capacity: The cable not only has a large current-carrying capacity but also a high overload capacity. Typically, the surface temperature of the cable is ≤70°C. If it is not touched or in contact with combustible materials, the temperature of the cable sheath can be raised to 105°C. In the event of an overload, the fire-resistant cable can withstand working temperatures up to 250°C.

7.Corrosion resistance and good shielding performance: The copper sheath is highly resistant to corrosion. In special environments or those that corrode copper, an additional layer of low-smoke, halogen-free or plastic outer sheath can be applied. With the copper sheath’s shielding, there is no electromagnetic interference, and it does not interfere with the transmission of signals or control wires.

8.High safety: The fire-resistant cable can supply power normally in a flame (950°C for over 3 hours), helping to start fire-fighting systems and reduce fire damage. The copper sheath is an excellent conductor and serves as the best grounding wire, significantly improving grounding protection sensitivity and reliability.

9.Long service life: It is highly resistant to high temperatures and aging, with a service life of over 40 years under normal operating conditions
