The water-cooled charging gun is a high-power electric vehicle charging device utilizing liquid circulation cooling technology. Coolant (water or specialized cooling oil) circulates through the cable and gun head to efficiently dissipate heat generated during charging, supporting currents of up to 500A–800A and compatible with 600kW ultra-fast charging systems. This enables rapid “1 kilometer per second” energy replenishment. Its core value lies in overcoming thermal limitations of high-power charging while enhancing efficiency and safety.
