The NG-A(BTLY) cable features a metal sheath made primarily of aluminum, using aluminum tube extrusion instead of copper tube drawing, which reduces product costs and enhances production efficiency.
The fire-resistant layer extruded outside the aluminum tube foams and cures under flame exposure, forming a barrier that prevents direct flame contact with the aluminum tube, thus preserving the integrity of the aluminum tube. Additionally, this process reduces the temperature of the mica tape to below 600°C, effectively improving the insulation stability.

① The fire resistance grade not only meets the national standard GB/T 19216.21, withstanding 750°C fire for 90 minutes without breakdown, but also can endure 830°C fire with impact for 90 minutes without breakdown.
②It also meets the requirements of British standard BS6387, which specifies that it can withstand 950°C flame for 3 hours without breakdown, 650°C flame for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of spraying without breakdown, and 950°C flame with 15 minutes of impact and vibration without breakdown.
