Z(ABC)-YJRV

Soft Copper Core Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Polyvinyl Chloride Sheathed Flame Retardant (A, B, C) Class Power Cable.

Model No.:

YJV cable is one of the most commonly used types in power cables. As the main cable for power transmission, YJV cross-linked polyethylene insulated and polyvinyl chloride sheath power cables offer excellent mechanical properties, superior electrical performance, and resistance to chemical corrosion. Additionally, they feature a simple structure, lightweight design, and no restrictions on installation height difference, making them a popular choice for urban power grids, mines, and factories. This type of cable is widely used due to its reliability and versatility in various applications.

Features

Product Features and Advantages

It is suitable for power distribution and transmission lines, power systems, industrial systems, new energy systems, building systems, airport infrastructure, petroleum and natural gas, chemical railway networks, wind power generation, docks, harbors, lighthouses, and other infrastructure, with a rated AC voltage of 0.6/1kV and below.

1.The cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable has a maximum rated operating temperature of 90°C, which is higher than that of PVC insulated and polyethylene insulated cables, further improving the cable’s current-carrying capacity.

2.The short-circuit temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed 250°C, and the maximum duration should not exceed 5 seconds.

3.Cable installation bending radius:

Single-core unarmored cable > 20 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Single-core armored cable > 15 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Multi-core unarmored cable >15 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Multi-core armored cable > 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

4.For AC circuit single-core cables, the armor should be made of non-magnetic material.

5.XLPE retains the excellent insulation properties of PE, and its insulation resistance is further increased. The dielectric loss tangent value is small, and its performance is less affected by temperature, allowing for a broader working temperature range.

6.After cross-linking polyethylene with silane, the mechanical properties, heat resistance, and stress crack resistance are significantly improved, making it suitable for use in various fields of power transmission and transformation.
